WDA is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Chapman as Marketing Director for WDA as part of several new initiatives to add both additional capacity and capability to our client offerings.

Patrick has been hired to add additional breadth and depth to WDA’s strategic capabilities, and also to apply his new thinking based around ‘strategic creativity’ to drive WDA’s award winning creative offering.

With a reputation as an ‘ideas man’, but one who also turns those ideas into tangible returns for clients; Patrick’s career to date has seen him hold senior Marketing and Account Director positions. Client-side for Boots, The Body Shop, the World Wildlife Fund and the RSPCA; and a varied agency side portfolio ranging from SME’s through to multinationals including BT, Coca-Cola, Philips Electronics, Wilson Sporting Goods, Guerlain, Draka Cables, DLA Piper and iSoft to name but a few.

Patrick was most recently Head of Marketing for Williams & Crosby Design and Marketing where he worked on strategic and tactical marketing, brand development, account directing and campaign creation, planning and delivery.

The common theme throughout his diverse career is a real customer focus combined with a thorough understanding of his client’s own customers and competitors; and a ‘knack’ of uncovering a real differentiated and compelling selling proposition.

We’re all suitably ‘revved up’ about the extensive transferable skills and experience Patrick will bring to our automotive sector. We are sure his appointment and potential involvement on your account will yield real dividends for you in 2010 and beyond.
