Who Are Remarkable Smiles

Remarkable Smiles is a service being offered through several established dental practices. The service which is new to the market and brought about through national regulation change allows hygienists and therapists to undertake work that has long been the preserve of a trained dentist. The aim of the service is to change people’s perceptions of a visit to the dentist, making it more like a visit to the hairdresser or barber shop.

Our Brief

Remarkable Smiles first turned to WDA when they wanted to develop their business further by building it around a new brand ‘Remarkable Smiles’. The brand has the right foundations in place to build both of their dental practices around – Central Dental (in Derby City Centre) and Pearl Dental (in Alvaston).

How Did WDA Help?

WDA’s solution initially required a comprehensive review of the ‘Patient Journey’ before, during and after visiting one of their surgeries. This enabled us to help make a patients trip to the dentist more ‘Remarkable’ through our set of deliverables that included a new brand positioning.

The Results

Further to the success of the initial set of deliverables and the strong brand positioning of ‘your smile in focus’  WDA continued its support for Remarkable Smiles by pushing their online presence with a new Website and accompanying Social Media graphic elements. A full suite of literature for their clients in the same friendly and approachable style reinforcing the brand positioning.

We continue to support Remarkable Smiles with quarterly campaigns, promotional literature with up to date offers and launching new treatments that are accessible by all. WDA also carry out regular updates to their website and internal surgery promotions.
