Travall is a manufacturer of premium vehicle-specific pet accessories such as dog guards and rubber car mats. They’re backed by parent company, ASG. The Travall product range includes the flagship Travall Guard and Divider, Travall TailGate, Travall Liner, Travall Carpet and Rubber Mats, Travall Protector and Travall SillGuards. Each product is designed to give drivers peace of mind when travelling with dogs, enabling them to enjoy the journey.
Initially, in the early days of the company, Travall approached WDA to develop its brand positioning and visual identity to convey the brand advantage and connect better with the audience. Following this and as part of a wider brand-driven strategy, devised by WDA, our next task was to create a bespoke e-commerce solution to further re-position the Travall brand proposition.
The previous e-commerce solution was built in Drupal and felt to be outdated by both WDA and Travall. As well as this, the website had a poor UX/UI, was slow and wasn’t responsive on mobile. The new Magento 2 solution is mobile responsive and search engine friendly, and built from the ground up following extensive market research and customer journey planning. It offers a much more enjoyable browsing/buying experience, that’s fast, responsive and easy to navigate.
Additionally, WDA was appointed by Travall to deliver full-service marketing support, effectively acting as Travall’s marketing department. We’ve allocated a dedicated marketing team for Travall that looks after the marketing and management for all of their core markets – the UK, US and DE. The deliverables are often changing to improve performance but include PPC/Paid marketing, influencer marketing, full Social Media management, content writing and marketing in UK English, US English and German, SEO and video.
